Happy Thanksgiving!
I have so much to be grateful for and I love the way Thanksgiving brings so much perspective and reflection into my heart.
We've had an action packed weekend so far. We started of Thanksgiving with the Turkey Trot. Not sure why, but this is one of my favorite things to do and I look forward to it all year long.
Then dinners at both families. So many pies, so little stomach room.
Then I don't know what got into us, but Lisa talked me into skydiving. Let me just say, I thought this was so scary. I wasn't nervous at all because everyone says how fun it is, but they lied. It was scary.
I am proud of myself and Lisa for stepping outside of ourselves and trying something new.
Maybe next I can learn to like sushi.

Rachel I can't believe you girls did this! How fun!! What a Thanksgiving to remember.
it is my personal goal to get you to like sushi.
skydiving is like giving birth. you say you'll never do it again until you forget how scary it was. maybe?
I still feel like a loser for chickening out, but when I am ready, I will make you guys go with me. So yes, you both will be going again.
SO glad you went! And don't lie, it was NOT scary. Only FUN!
If you come visit me in chicago I will take you to some ridiculously good sushi places and I promise you will like it! ;)
Did you ever end up registering for the FULL??? Or are you not going to ever take my advice again because I told you skydiving was fun and not scary and then you did it and you thought it was scary? ;)
you girls are crazy!
btw-i saw you at the turkey trot and your hair looked way too pretty to be running a 10k:)
Wow, you are one brave Chickidee! I would never do that! I hope you don't mind but i have copied pictures from your blog to use on Grandma Grace's Calendar. You and your family are adorable!
Chim, chiminy, chim, chiminy, chim, chim, cha, roo...
"...but they lied. It was scary." You are so funny! Skydiving is something I will never do--so I am impressed with your bravery!
And your beauty is just killing me. Loved seeing the latest pictures. What beautiful sisters you have too. Happy late Thanksgiving from us!
I just can't wrap my head around this. I think it is all a hoax. The pictures are surely photoshopped, it just can't have actually taken place.
I don't like sushi either, but I would eat a metric ton of it before I would jump out of an airplane.
You are crazy!!! And you're my hero.
Awesome! I have always wanted to do this . . once only! I did bungee jump in New Zealand and that was such a rush, I can only imagine. I love your hair! Those smiles-- I bet you are the best dental patient recruiters in Phoenix! Kathleen
You crazy girl! I totally love it though. What a fun thing to try although I have to say, I think I'm too chicken for it. I can't believe Lisa did it after just having a baby. She's amazing!
Can't wait to see you soon!
